Children and teenagers aged 4 to 17 inclusive who live in one of the 33 municipalities of the Eurométropole de Strasbourg.
Young people living in the municipality of Kehl (Germany)
Young residents of Kehl are also eligible for free travel on the CTS network.
Boarding school pupils in the Eurométropole de Strasbourg
Boarding pupils enrolled in a school within the EMS, even if their family home is located elsewhere.
How do I apply for the free CTS subscription?
Step 1 - Prepare your documents
- Proof of address (or boarding school certificate).
- The child’s identity document.
- A recent ID photo.

CTS online agency
- Form completed in just 5 minutes.
- Badgéo card sent directly to your home (within 8 days) or available for Click & Collect at the CTS agency.
- No need to travel, no queuing.
CTS agency
- Bring the required documents.
- You will leave the agency with your Badgéo card loaded.
- Card creation fee of €5 payable on site.
