Ensuring a smooth, safe and efficient network: operations professions are at the heart of CTS’s transport offering. Every day, they play an essential role in urban mobility and in the well-being of passengers.
With a wide range of complementary roles, including more than 1,100 Driver-Ticket Agents, CTS provides daily passenger transport in close alignment with the objectives set by the Eurométropole de Strasbourg.

Driver-Ticket Agents
Transport passengers safely and ensure their comfort on board buses and trams.
Control and Intervention Officers
Present across the network to ensure compliance with the rules, prevent fare evasion and provide rapid assistance in the event of an incident.
Regulators and Supervisors
Ensure the regularity and safety of the network 22 hours a day, 7 days a week, managing unexpected events in real time.
Operations Planning Technicians
Design timetables and organise driving services for each line.
Movement Operations Managers
Plan the daily allocation of services to drivers.
Trainers
Provide driving and control training, ensuring high levels of professionalism.
