How do I cancel my Pass Mobilité subscription?
The Pass Mobilité can only be cancelled before its expiry in exceptional circumstances:
- Moving outside the Eurométropole de Strasbourg.
- Redundancy or unemployment.
- Permanent incapacity.
- Temporary incapacity lasting more than 3 months.
- Death of the subscriber or payer.
- Price increase during the subscription period.

Submit your cancellation request via the cancellation form, together with supporting documentation for one of the above cases.
Requests must be received before the 20th of the month for cancellation to take effect the following month.
