As a teacher, how do I organise transport for my pupils during a school outing?

• If your school is located within the Eurométropole de Strasbourg:

Sept 1:

Send an email to polecommercial@cts-strasbourg.fr with the subject line "code request".
In the body of the email, include:

• the name of the school.
• your surname and first name.
• your role (contact person).

Sept 2:

You will receive a unique code by email. Keep it safe - it is valid for your school and can be reused for future outings.

Sept 3:

Submit your travel pass request online. You will immediately receive an automatic email containing the summary and the certificate required to travel with your pupils and accompanying adults.

On the day of the outing, this travel pass must be validated each time you board a vehicle or presented during an inspection.

Please note:

• Keep the link to the form for your future requests.
• Submit requests in advance, even though the travel pass is generated immediately.
• Requests cannot be made more than 3 months before the date of travel.
• Young people aged 4-17 living in the Eurométropole de Strasbourg and holding the free subscription may travel using their personal pass.

• If your school is not located in the Eurométropole de Strasbourg or in Kehl:

We offer two types of tickets:

Reduced group fare:

• Valid for a group of 10 people (children under 12 + up to 3 accompanying adults).
• Single journey, valid for 1 hour after validation (return not included).
• Price: €15.40 per ticket.

Pack of 30 pro tickets:

• 30 single journeys, valid for 1 hour after validation, with or without transfers.
• Price: €53.50.

How to purchase these tickets:

• By prior order via our Commercial Department: online form with: SIRET number + legal commitment (“engagement juridique”) + service code (if you have a CTS account).
• Without a CTS account: payment in cash at the CTS Agency when collecting the tickets.

Postal delivery is possible within 3 weeks (processing fee: €5).
